Our methods and work standards

What characterizes our training is the workshop manner of working with groups. We do not give lectures and we work without a projector. In a free and open atmosphere we talk with participants and we practice a lot – most of all we encourage to take up challenges and gain new skills.

During training we use real situations which come from the participant’s experience. We believe that only true situations can induce energy that encourages development and change. This is why we collect difficult moments, analyze behavior and the most common problems of participants in order to find solutions adjusted to their real needs.

During group training we use a method derived from the so called “tool coaching”, where we allow participants to expand their own arsenal of key skills in their everyday work. The result of our workshop is equipping participants with effective tools to cope in everyday situations.

We often use the camera. We believe that video-training, despite initial resistance, is an effective method of consolidating our strengths and seeking alternative solutions in the areas which need to be improved.

Each of our trainer takes part in periodic internal trainings in order to maintain a high standard and coherent way of conducted classes. The standards of our work are supervised which allows us to continuously develop our skills and search for better ways of training.
